We built these two apps for Salesforce admins. Both are free on the Salesforce AppExchange. Questions or ideas? Email support@arkusinc.com.
Clone This User
Duplicates you’ll love.
With Clone This User (CTU), an admin can look up an existing User to serve as the template for their new User. Clone Users from the desktop or Salesforce Mobile.
Copy all of the original User’s assignments, such as permission sets, public groups and queues, or just the ones you select. Works in Classic, Lightning and the Salesforce mobile app.

The Permissioner
Permission sets made easy.
The Permissioner dramatically reduces the time involved with assigning and revoking permission set assignments for multiple users. Using a simple interface, admins assign sets to one or more users at a time.
Mass assign and revoke permission set assignments in seconds, up to 1,000 assignments at a time.
