Agentforce 360: The Unified AI Agent Platform

Salesforce is known for updating its product names, and at Dreamforce introduced several new names intended to highlight the expanded capabilities of its AI functionality. Salesforce introduced Agentforce 360, a comprehensive platform that brings together Agentforce, Data 360, and Customer 360 applications. This platform is designed to give organizations advanced agentic capabilities, combining rule-based workflows with large language models (LLMs) for smarter decision-making.

Key features include:

  • Agentic development tools for building and customizing AI agents

  • Dashboards for real-time performance insights

  • Vibe coding for natural language–based agent behavior

  • A native voice layer for seamless human-agent interactions

  • Slack-native apps and automations

Agentforce 4.0 further expands these capabilities, offering a fully integrated platform for enterprise-wide agentic solutions.

Expanded Partnership with OpenAI

Salesforce announced that they have deepened its collaboration with OpenAI, introducing new possibilities for organizations to harness AI in their day-to-day operations. By integrating Salesforce data directly with ChatGPT, admins and users can generate insights, automate tasks, and create interactive experiences more efficiently than ever. This expanded partnership empowers teams to seamlessly combine AI capabilities with existing workflows, unlocking new levels of productivity and innovation:

  • Access Salesforce data directly in ChatGPT

  • Build and deploy AI agents

  • Create Tableau visualizations

  • Use Instant Checkout for Commerce over ChatGPT

The collaboration helps organizations turn AI-driven insights into actionable outcomes, streamlining processes and enhancing client and business interactions.

Data 360 Enhancements

Salesforce also announced an upgrade for Data Cloud that included new features and a new name. Now known as Data 360, this offering is designed to help organizations unlock the full potential of their data. With the growing volume and complexity of information across multiple systems, organizations and businesses need tools that can integrate, analyze, and secure data efficiently. The update to Data 360 provides advanced capabilities for extracting meaningful insights, orchestrating workflows across platforms, and enabling secure collaboration between organizations.

Key features include:

  • Intelligent Context – extracts insights from unstructured data

  • MuleSoft Agent Fabric – enables agentic orchestration across software providers

  • Data Cloud Clean Rooms – supports secure, collaborative data sharing

The features strengthen data management and empower teams to generate executable insights across multiple channels. Clean and organized data is the foundation of an optimally functional organization, and Arkus expanded our Data Services practice last year. We are particularly interested in working with the advancements in Data 360 and partnering with clients seeking help in cleaning up their data.

Additional Strategic Announcements

Salesforce also shared several new initiatives focused on helping organizations “work smarter, not harder” and get more from AI. These updates show Salesforce’s continued commitment to creating tools that make everyday work easier and more effective across different industries. With new products and partnerships, Salesforce is giving teams more ways to use AI and automation to solve real challenges and reach their goals faster.

  • IT Service Desk – This new solution streamlines internal support and enhances employee experiences. Integrated with Agentforce and Slack, it uses AI and automation for faster issue resolution and improved collaboration, positioning it as a strong competitor to ServiceNow.

  • Partnership with Anthropic – Salesforce is working with Anthropic to create AI models tailored for regulated industries like healthcare and finance, helping organizations use AI safely while staying compliant and streamlining workflows.

  • Google Gemini Integration – Google Gemini is now available within Agentforce, giving organizations more AI-powered tools to enhance their operations. This integration makes it easier for teams to leverage advanced AI for tasks like customer support, data insights, and workflow automation without needing deep technical expertise.
